Projects
Since 1985, Storie & Associates, Inc. has worked on a wide variety of projects, including; highway and bridge construction, emergency flood-wall construction, road and mud slide repair, property-line markers, construction of retaining walls and shoring, protection of industrial property, and road blocks.
The willingness to take on jobs of all sizes, gives Storie and Associates, Inc. the ability to work with small-scale consumers, large construction companies, and government agencies. We have continued to work with many of the same companies for decades.
We bid most jobs as a subcontractor. In our many years of doing business in the Pacific Northwest, we have worked with Oregon DOT, Washington DOT, Tri-Met, the Port of Portland, the US Military, Union Pacific railroad, the Federal Highway Administration, and various city and county agencies.
We are available all hours to serve emergency situations. During the 1996 Portland flood, Storie and Associates provided 24-hour, around the clock emergency flood protection to the City of Portland. This immediate response provided a 32” river barrier, running the length of Portland’s downtown waterfront.
